Finally posting again

It's been a long time since I last posted. It's because I was and still am very busy with projects. But I have to start posting again sometime right?

Anyway, my class finally knows where we will be posted for our ITP(Industrial Training Programme). I'll be posted at Bedok Water Reclamation Plant, under PUB. Luckily it's near, but the working hours is from 8:30am till 6pm, 5:30pm for Fridays. Oh well, I just hope I can do whatever they want me to do. I'm a little nervous about actually working.

Earlier today, the girls of BE(Building & Environment), had their NAPHA.(is this the correct spelling? I get different spellings from other people. But am I the one who's wrong??) Since it's not compulsory for the girls to pass, MANY of them skipped the 2.4km run. I didn't la of course..hehe. I hit a 13:50 min timing. I'm ok with it...since I usually get this kind of timing in secondary school, and during my so-called "training"(in poly) I usually get a minute later. So on the whole, I'm pleased with my timing. But I don't think I can get a gold because I scored an E for my standing broad jump. Very disappointing because I'm so used to getting gold in sec sch. Overall, I have 3 As, 2 Cs and 1 E. The As are from my 2.4km, shuttle-run and sit-ups. My Cs are from sit-and-reach and incline pull-up, and my E is you know what.

I'm going to try again next semester to get my gold. I know I may sound boastful here, but I just can't settle for less when I know I've done better in the past.

Before we had our NAPHA, the BE Society organized a class photo-taking session for us 3rd yr students. We had fun during that time. But the whole day was kind of troublesome because we had to carefully plan what we're going to wear to school and what we wanted to bring, since we were going to have NAPHA later. I myself came in my formal attire, inclusive of heels, while carrying my big bag and a shoe bag. Man, my feet really hurt. But it couldn't be helped unless I wanted to carry more things with me. I'll post some pictures of the photo-taking session in my next post, because the pictures are all with my friend.
